During our recent family holiday at Zur Alten Post, we found it to be a welcoming spot for travelers. The spacious rooms featured large windows and practical shutters, offering comfort during the warm summer days. One of the highlights for us was the chance to explore the beautiful Münsterland scenery by bike, available for hire at the hotel, which allowed us to create lasting family memories amidst the rolling hills. Every evening, we enjoyed dining in the restaurant where the portions were generous and the prices reasonable, catering well to our family's appetite. the hotel can organise romantic horse-drawn carriage trips, which we attempted as a fun group activity, bringing smiles to everyone. The staff were cordial and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable as we travelled through Denmark to Belgium. Their commitment to creating a family-friendly atmosphere, alongside convenient amenities, truly enhanced our experience. Zur Alten Post proved to be an excellent choice for families seeking a comfortable base to explore this picturesque region.
